Responsibilities:
* Communicate with customers to provide updates on their application status.
* Collaborate closely with advisers to gather necessary information for new applications.
* Handle frontline inquiries from customers.
* Maintain a pipeline of applications.
* Perform essential administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Proficient in written and verbal communication.
* Possess an excellent telephone manner and adept at building relationships.
* Experience working towards targets.
* Thrive in fast-paced environments.
Benefits:
* Enjoy a starting salary of £22,500 per annum, rising to £25,000 per annum on completion of probation.
