I am currently working with a vibrant and dynamic restaurant/cafe dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to their valued customers.

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Second Chef. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation during peak periods.

Responsibilities:

Covering the Head Chef in all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Ensure consistency and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
Collaborate with Head Chef to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Food Hygiene Certificate Essential.Duration: Temporary position, ASAP - End of August
