Time 4 Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent M&E Area Manager working on long term MOD contracts West Wales covering Brecon over as far as St Davids – working for one of the UK`s Mechanical and Electrical service providers.
This a fantastic opportunity for the successful M&E Area Manager to joins a growing M&E contractor as Area Manager and will have a range of financial, operational and leadership responsibilities that the company will require to meet across all of its MOD projects and sites across West Wales
M&E Area Manager main duties and responsibilities include:
• Setting sales, turnover or profit targets
• Motivating staff to meet their targets and helping them to achieve their goals
• Hiring new staff and overseeing promotions within their area
• Providing training opportunities or development programmes for their staff
• Mediating disputes between employees
• Identifying areas for development and improvement within their area
• Implementing action plans that lead to change or improvement
• Ensuring quality consistency across the region
• Communicating with clients on a regular basis
• Ensuring quality control of products and customer service across their area
Experience and Qualifications
• Previous experience as M&E Area Manager preferred.
• SMSTS
• Organisational skills for ensuring multiple projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Great attention to detail for effective safety and construction work checks.
• Relevant experience for a minimum of 2 years in the recent past
• Strong IT skills particularly with MS office
• Location- Must be within an easy commute to Haverfordwest, West Wales
Benefits:
This is a Permanent role where you will be rewarded for a very competitive salary of £45k - £50 depending on experience with a good package with Company Car or allowance. This is a permanent role which will involve travelling to MOD sites throughout West Wales – Brecon over to St Davids -
