Your new company

* A well-known Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.

Your new role

* You will be working Monday - Friday, 40 hour a week, across an education site, based in Nottingham.

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties.

* Temp testing, unblocking sinks / toilets, fault finding on boilers and minor repairs, flushing and general building service maintenance including light changes, fire door testing and minor repairs.

What you'll need to succeed

* The ideal candidate will hold gas safe tickets / plumbing Level 2 C&G

* Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.

* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
