Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Derby, East Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £40k + Training + Benefits

A reputable and industry leading Asbestos Consultancy with a strong Midlands presence are now seeking to take on an Asbestos Surveyor to cover contracts in and around Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire area. The successful candidate will have extensive experience carrying out asbestos surveys on Commercial, Domestic, Local Authority, Healthcare and High Security sites. Overall, this client is looking for someone who can work independently and maintain the company's reputation providing clients with high quality services. Our client can offer the successful candidate training opportunities to gain further Pcert modules, company pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, life insurance, and private healthcare.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Beeston, Derby, Stoke-on-Trent, Burton upon Trent, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Leicester, Corby, Market Harborough, Tamworth, Coalville, Lichfield, Walsall, West Bromwich, Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Warrick, Solihull, Ludlow, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Telford.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402 qualification would be essential to the role.
" Excellent, up to date knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines.
" Familiar using industry relevant systems. (TEAMS / TRACKER)
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with agreed timeframes.
" Able to liaise with clients and colleagues efficiently.
The Role:
" Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" Re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Sampling of suspected ACMs, ensuring to bag and label correctly.
" Gathering information from site to produce detailed reports using industry relevant systems.
" Carrying out surveys in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
