Salary
Salary indication from €3.500,- to €4.600,- gross per month. Depending on knowledge and work experience.

  • A Bachelor preferably in business administration;
  • You have knowledge of sales process;
  • You have good communication skills and are a valuable asset;
  • It is a big plus if you have experience as a Functional Administrator;
  • You are available 32-40 hours per week;

  • You speak and write the English language fluently.

As a Functional Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the global CRM software D365 CE. Your main tasks can be divided into operations and development.

Tasks in Operations:

  • Provide support to new (international) users, a.o. by creating manuals and offering introduction courses;
  • Monitoring progress of 1st line application calls (In Fresh services; ITSM tool) and escalation management of the incident tickets;
  • Transferring and securing knowledge to colleagues.

Tasks in development:

  • Rolling out CE to subsidiaries, currently live in 4 companies;
  • Analyzing business needs, aligning scope with international stakeholders, creating a plan of action for implementation/migration (master data/training and testing). During the implementation you monitor the scope and deadline;
  • Ensuring that applications remain in line with user requirements;
  • Following new developments in the field of supporting applications.
