Associate Director, Data and Analytics

Job Description
We’re searching for an Associate Director, Data & Analytics who will be a leader within the core Data and Analytics (DNA) team. Data and Analytics is structured into three specialties:  Applied Analytics (AA), Data Science (DS) and Data Strategy & Technology (DS&T). 
The Data and Analytics team works with partners both internally and externally to activate a technology roadmap that creates relevance while driving outcomes.
You will help build our technology agenda forward focusing on allowing and scaling segmentation and personalization technologies.

Your Impact:
Help with guidance on Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics 
Guide Adobe Target integration with Adobe AEM platform 
Participate and contribute in design and documentation 
Review current state and document findings 
Design and provide solutions to fit the requirements of the project team members and customers conforming to the standards established by the IT and marketing organizations. 
Create technical design documents that explain system flows, data flows, and technical component interaction diagrams. 
Help develop the measurement strategy for clients through discovery and development of measurement plans, learning agendas, test plan, measurement frameworks, and applicable insight generation 
Collaborate with internal team on client communications and deliverables, defining the story in a simple and concise way and communicate success of client’s marketing efforts 
Through compelling data visualizations, develop insights, main reports, highlighting opportunities for improvement 
Collaborate with DNA leadership to develop and document case studies with process and results and support DNA leadership in in new client acquisition and new business development
