Job Description
DeAngelo Contracting Services is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant with a great attitude and love of customer service. This position is in office and will report to the Lexington office location. The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative functions necessary to support our team and customers.
Major Duties and Responsibilities: 
Be a support for the Office Manager
Provide world-class support to our staff and customers.
Creating and managing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets daily.
Maintain all documents (electronic and hard copy) in a neat and orderly manner.
Responsible to maintain the office environment in a neat, orderly, and aesthetically pleasing manner.
Provide complete, accurate, and timely submission of all assigned data entry, monitoring, reporting, and filling tasks.
Maintain a strong customer service culture in all forms of communications.
Other duties will include scanning, copying, licensing, maintaining electronic and paper files, creating spreadsheets, and supporting managers, as needed.
Perform all other duties, as assigned.
