As a Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. You will assess patients' conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to help them regain functional mobility and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities
Physical Therapist:
Evaluate patients' condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' strength, range of motion, and functional mobility.
Assist patients in improving balance, coordination, and posture.
Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for continued progress.
Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals.
Stay current with advances in physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.
Occupational Therapist:
Evaluate patients' ability to perform activities of daily living and develop specialized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic activities to improve patients' fine motor skills, coordination, and functional independence.
Assess and recommend adaptive equipments and modifications to facilitate patient's independence.
Teach patients compensatory techniques and strategies to maximize functional abilities.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals.
Document patients' progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Stay current with advances in occupational therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.
Requirements
Physical Therapist:
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Passionate about providing high-quality patient care.
Continuing education and professional development in the field of physical therapy.
Occupational Therapist:
Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy.
Licensure or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
