Construction Estimator- Heavy Civil Construction

REPUTABLE HEAVY CIVIL CONTRACTOR IS SEARCHING FOR AN EXPERIENCED CIVIL ESTIMATOR FOR THEIRVIRGINIA OPERATIONS.
You will be responsible for leading the estimating team on site development projects for private, state and federal clients.
This is a great opportunity to join an excellent construction firm at a high level of responsibility to estimate mid-sized projects in Northern Virginia.
Youdo nothave to currently live in the Leesburg, VA area, but you must be willing to relocate here. Reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.
REQUIREMENTS:
* For at least thelast 2-5years you must have been a full time Estimator or Senior Estimator working for a subcontractor or general contractor on site development, O.T. VDOT, highway &/or bridge projects.
* Estimating experience on erosion control, excavation, site utilities, grading, site concrete, asphalt and site development.
* You must have experience estimating projects in excess of $5M on a regular basis.
* Experience working for an owner, Engineering firm, or consulting firmWILL NOTbe considered.
* Earthworks software experience with AGTEK and/or HCSS software ispreferred.
* A 4-year construction and/or engineering related degree is preferred.
COMPENSATION:
* Compensation: $90-120K /year depending on qualifications to include benefit package/healthcare and generous time off.
