Nightlife Production Manager - Encore Beach Club

Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Nightlife, the Production Manager may be required to:
Schedule appropriate staff for setup, operations, and strike of nightlife venues.
Oversee and assist with the setup and operations of club and private events for nightlife venues.
Work with the Stage Lead on maintaining inventory and preparing necessary equipment lists for different stage or venue designs.
Identify, diagnose and/or repair faulty equipment. Schedule staff for maintenance as necessary.
Assist the Nightlife Marketing team with scheduling staff for décor setup and strikes as necessary.
Encourage teamwork and aid in building cross-department relationships.
Work with safety as a priority and follow department and company safety standards.
Ensures that all Wynn Resorts core values, property, and department standards are implemented and applied.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
