Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Description
Sobi is currently seeking a Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Finance team. This position is responsible for forecasting, variance analysis, business partnering with non-finance personnel and maintenance and design improvements to our financial planning system.  This occurs within a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
This is a HYBRID ROLE - candidates need to be located close to the Waltham, MA office and able to come into the office 2-3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Key point of contact for global employees in North America for FP&A
Communicates regularly with overseas finance stakeholders regarding shared interests in North America
Finance business partner to G&A functions and our Canadian entity
Key contributor to recurring Budget and Forecast processes
Month-end close activities include tool prep for variance analysis, some PO tracking and accruals
Contributes to administration of financial planning system (Adaptive Planning)
Contributes to quarterly transparency compliance reporting
Ad hoc projects are the norm
