Associate Time Analyst

Job Description
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Compile hourly associates’ attendance records in SAP.
Ensure time records are accurate and complete for payroll runs with direction from payroll.
Work with Human Resource Point Leaders to coordinate associate time exceptions.
Ensure that pay and attendance policies are standardized among workshops and departments
Provide additional administrative support to the  work shop as needed.
Take functional, policy, and communication direction from PER.
Provide Human Resources feedback to and from the workshops on various issues.
Provide support on all approved leaves (FMLA, Personal, Military, etc.).
