10. Adapt caregiving techniques and strategies to meet the unique needs and preferences of each child and family.

**Requirements:**

1. Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or related fields preferred.
2. Passion for working with children and providing nurturing care and support.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
4. Strong English communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
5. Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in understanding and meeting the needs of children and families.
6. Certification in CPR and first aid.
7. Flexibility in scheduling, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights.
8. Willingness to undergo background checks and provide references upon request.
