Associate Business Analyst and CRM Administrator (Onsite)

Job Description
*This is not an IT, Data Engineer or Software Engineering role*
Monitoring compliance to best practices for Client Relationship  Management (CRM) application; manage migrations by individual
LabSites to the CRM, including assessment and comparison of existing LabSite information against company CRM data
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
 Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
 Regular attendance and punctuality
 Become proficient in the use of the Client Relationship Management (CRM) application
Become knowledgeable in the company best practices for the CRM application
 Monitor compliance to company best practices for the CRM application
 Assist colleagues with CRM application training and use as needed
 Drive the migration of LabSite information to the CRM application
 Communicate regular updates to supervisor
 Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
 Performs other duties as assigned
