Technical Support Agent with German/Italian/French/Portuguese

Description of the Role
What you will do:
• Use of the CRM tool;
• Pre-sales and post-sales support;
• Shipping and returns procedure inquiries;
• Tax and payment terms inquiries;
• Product use, technical and warranty support;
• Order status and tracking inquiries;
• Order entry and follow up on our internal order management system;
• Submitting special price/volume requests;
• Work with channel sales teams
• Excellent primary language skills (min. B2) and good English language skills (min. B1/B2);
• Good communication and soft skills;
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
• Strong PC and/or Mac technical skills (hardware, software, and operating systems);
• Knowledge of the storage and memory market would be preferred
The candidates must have some EU citizenship or to have the right to work full-time in Bulgaria.
