Responsibilities: Conduct targeted prospecting and lead generation activities to identify and qualify potential clients in the North Carolina market.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target companies through networking, cold calling, and in-person meetings.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution-based selling to understand client requirements and position Huff Consulting, LLC's services effectively.
Present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of partnering with Huff Consulting, LLC.
Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutual agreement on pricing, terms, and service levels.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.
Provide ongoing support and account management to clients, addressing any issues or concerns and maintaining strong client relationships.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiate Huff Consulting in the marketplace.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in CRM system.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of prior outside sales experience, with a proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to sales and the ability to work independently.
Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
