Hire Resolve’s client is working with a leading Civil Engineering firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior Engineering Project Manager in Lacey, WA.
Responsibilities:
Lead the charge in WSDOT Stream Designs and a suite of influential fish passage initiatives, becoming the backbone of our ecological stewardship.
Manage project intricacies across multiple fronts, demonstrating impeccable time management and multi-tasking prowess.
Develop and nurture client relationships, affirming that is synonymous with excellence and reliability.
Inspire and guide a dedicated team of engineers and drafters, fostering their growth and ensuring project integrity.
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, scheduling, budgeting, and profitability, ensuring each project stands as a testament to our commitment and expertise.
Requirements
Licensed as a P.E. in Washington, with deep knowledge of the pertinent environmental codes, regulations, and standards.
Experienced with the permitting process involving WDFW, USACE, and other regulatory bodies, adeptly navigating the project approvals landscape.
Proven experts at juggling multiple active projects, with unyielding attention to detail and unwavering dedication to quality.
Communicative, team-oriented, and proactive, with an innate ability to rally a team and build consensus.
