We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our client’s in-house team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension. This role is only open to Fluent French or Spanish speaking recruiters (written and conversational).

As a dedicated member of one of our client’s in-house TA teams, you will support their recruitment across a range of roles and engage with a variety of stakeholders.
 
What you will enjoy doing:
If you have experience in either in-house or agency recruitment and are seeking an opportunity to gain more exposure and build on your existing specialist skillset, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.
 
Day to day, you will work as a member of our client’s in-house TA team, supporting with resourcing, CV searching, conducting initial telephone screenings, and partnering with stakeholders.
 
You will be exposed to applicant tracking systems and reporting to work effectively across our client’s system. You will also set an example of best practices within their internal processes, helping to fill a range of roles across their business.
 
What you will bring to the role:
Previous recruitment experience – in-house or agency
Strong administrative skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Any additional experience with a CRM/ATS or database would be beneficial.
A confident approach to communicating with candidates and stakeholders via phone and email.
A self-starter, with the ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
Comfortable working both remotely and in the office when required. What we can offer you:
