Quick Start Staffing LLC is currently seeking a Materials Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing inventory and material flow through the company's supply chain process. The Materials Coordinator will work closely with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and meet production schedules.

Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate inventory levels, ensuring that materials are available when necessary.
Work closely with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that inventory levels are adequate and to resolve any issues that may arise.
Monitor and analyze inventory data and generate reports for management reviews.
Identify and implement process improvements that will increase inventory accuracy and reduce waste.
Develop and maintain procedures for material handling and inventory control.
Ensure that materials are properly labeled and stored according to safety standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
3+ years of materials management experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of industry regulations and safety standards.
