Cybersecurity Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, with experience in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to our systems and data
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect against cyber attacks
- Monitor network and system activity for any suspicious or unauthorized behavior
- Respond to security incidents and conduct thorough investigations to determine the root cause
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends, and make recommendations for improvements to our security measures
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of our operations
- Provide training and guidance to employees on best practices for maintaining a secure work environment
- Participate in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Assist with compliance efforts and ensure that we are meeting all relevant industry and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption methods
- Experience with vulnerability management tools and techniques
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI DSS
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus
