Texas Hotel Management is currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Associate to join our sales team for Springhill Suites Houston Northwest. As a Hotel Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services to potential clients and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and outgoing individual who is passionate about the hospitality industry and has a knack for sales.
In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to identify and target potential clients, negotiate contracts, and maximize revenue opportunities. You will be expected to build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies, and present our hotel's features and benefits in a persuasive manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and networking skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential clients, including corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies
Promote and sell our hotel's services and facilities, highlighting the features and benefits to potential clients
Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
