Are you goal-driven? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping businesses succeed? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned region by identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in promoting our PEO services and delivering customized HR solutions to businesses to elevate and enrich the employment experience.
About the role:
You lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a customer centric mindset in all interactions. This includes embodying the company’s values, culture, and brand identity to inspire trust and confidence among clients and team members.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
A typical day could include making sales calls, moving prospects through our sales process, delivering IPs and proposals, and working with our internal teams to qualify prospects. 
You lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them achieve their individual and team sales goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in the PEO market.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
Requirements
About you:
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in business or a similar field. 
If you have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, we’ll be especially interested. 
You have led a successful sales team and had progressive sales experience. 
You have a knack for building relationships and a strong desire to succeed.
