We are seeking a Sales Administrative Support to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events with prospective clients
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Maintain record of client contact information
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Oversea and coordinate the sales team activities
Establish sales territories, quotes and goals for the sales team
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Requirements
Previous experience in office administration, sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail

Positive and professional demeanor
