Commercial Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities
Manage and supervise construction activities on-site.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project.
Perform regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
Manage and supervise field staff, providing guidance and support as necessary.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project success.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Proficient in using construction management software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
