We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to join Apple Roofing and lead our roofing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring the success of our sales team.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with our clients and team. You will also be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and mentoring a team of sales representatives, and providing them with the necessary tools and support to succeed.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the roofing industry
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Knowledge of the roofing industry and insurance claims process is a plus
