 This Opportunity 
Doota Industrial America is seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our growing onsite team at an enterprise client location. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, designing, developing & implementing new tools and applications, and managing complex systems to support our client’s 24x7 manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure operational reliability and scalability within our client’s enterprise manufacturing environment.
As a Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest and current manufacturing technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that align with industry best practices to ensure manufacturing quality. You will play a key role in driving the success of our business by ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their systems and processes.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Full stack or Front-end Development Experience: Experienced developing and/or enhancing both end-to-end and front-end web and mobile applications and tools.
System Operations & Application Monitoring Experience: Knowledge of operational workflows and monitoring systems within a manufacturing environment.
Developing and Enhancing Internal Tools: Enhancing existing applications & developing custom tools tailored to the manufacturing environment, which could include software monitoring applications, databases, digital assets, or automation solutions.
Proprietary Tools: Experience working with or developing proprietary tools specific to the manufacturing industry.
Project Management: Ability to oversee projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Fast Learner: Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies relevant to the role.
Building New Processes: Creating and implementing new workflows, methodologies, or procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Setup and Maintenance of Processes and Tools: Establishing and maintaining systems, tools, and processes to support manufacturing operations effectively.
UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Experience: Ensuring that developed tools or processes meet user requirements through testing and validation.
Documentation: Create and update standard operating procedures (SOP)
Manufacturing Experience: Understanding of manufacturing processes, industry-specific challenges, and requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, or a similar role
Experience designing and managing enterprise-level operational systems · Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or XenServer
Proficient in networking protocols and concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLANs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional team
Korean speaking is nice to have but not required
