Key Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts and meet their recruitment needs
Support interns transitioning to contract roles
Ensure compliance with client contracts and organization policies
Oversee vendor systems and manage timecard approvals
Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Grow existing client accounts and document interactions for data accuracy
Respond promptly to client inquiries with exceptional service
General Responsibilities:
Recruit, source, and place candidates while meeting metrics
Participate in company meetings and expand job opportunities
Support talent throughout their employment journey
Required Skills and Abilities:
Self-motivated and excellent time management
Build strong relationships virtually and in person
Effective listener with prioritization skills
Experience in career coaching and empathy for underrepresented talent
Team player willing to collaborate across departments
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma
Two years of related experience in staffing or talent acquisition
Recruiting experience and basic understanding of employment laws
Familiarity with start-up culture or small business environment
Other Benefits:
Base salary $60,000 with the opportunity for additional compensation
Eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits after 30 days
15 paid company holidays, 200 hours of paid vacation, and sick time
