Role 
We are seeking an action-oriented, marketer with a flexible mindset, willing to challenge the status quo who understands what it takes to be successful in driving value-driven, industry relevant messaging to the market. We need someone that will thrive as an individual contributor, but also be a great collaborator to join our talented product marketing team. The role will have a focus on helping our team drive impactful sales programs, have consistent reporting and will be responsible for creating important links in region with sales, marketing and others in our ecosystem.   
The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail and quality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces challenges with an open and positive mindset, and can clearly present our value proposition and describe how we solve our buyers’ problems. 
What you get to do in this role:   
Drive compelling, industry-first messaging and positioning for ServiceNow in Manufacturing industries 
Spearhead and manage Manufacturing industries programs and sales plays that enable sales to create and progress pipeline 
Manage consistent tracking and reporting on pipeline by industry 
Drive regional pipeline calls to measure industry solution success 
Help drive consistent communication with industry sales teams and create a steady drumbeat of industry relevant news  
Create consistency in how we engage with regional and field marketing around manufacturing and consumer industries 
Help global, industry-aligned sales teams to find and activate the right content and assets and drive insights into the right tools needed   
Drive tighter collaboration with regional sales and marketing teams in to create more pipeline for manufacturing  
Help support and manage key conferences and events including speaker selection, content reviewers, speakers bureau, messaging support, and related event staff management.
