Close sales and secure bookings, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
Stay up-to-date with travel trends, industry news, and destination information.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in travel sales or customer service is a strong advantage.
A passion for travel and a deep knowledge of popular destinations.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in using booking and reservation software.
Must be 18 years or older
Must reside in the U.S.
