Bridges SI seeks an Audio Video Integration Lead Tech to continue developing our growth and prestige.
This position reports directly to the Integration Manager and is expected to be a contributing member of the Integration Team.
Requirements
As the Audio Video Integration Lead Technician Level III at Bridges SI, we're seeking an engaging individual who can provide leadership and technical expertise in the installation and integration of audiovisual systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the AV industry, with a strong background in system installation, cabling, testing, and troubleshooting. You should be able to interpret project drawings and schematics, manage a team of technicians, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with clients, engineers, and other team members. It is important that you have the ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure. A strong understanding of industry standards and best practices is essential, as well as the ability to adapt to new technologies and trends.
