Job Description
The HC Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for the expansion and maintenance of the Company’s business within the Health Care vertical. Working directly in concert with the National Account Manager for Health Care sales and through engagement with client personnel, both in person and remotely, this position is responsible for achieving established sales goals through the development & management of opportunities originating with National Health Care broker clients.
The role will primarily focus on the successful throughput of those opportunities in this specific business segment with a value threshold of $50K/year in revenue or less. Secondarily the role will support the related administration and management of the opportunity processes within Clean Earth systems, including CRM tasks and waste profiling support.
Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Builds and maintains relationships with current customers while working in a team environment to manage and grow revenues. This interaction includes the entire sales cycle from prospecting, maintenance, proposals, contracts, price increases, cancellations and contract renewals.
Communicates regulatory compliance issues to customers.
Resolves problems and coordinates customer needs with Field Operations and/or Customer Service groups.
Works as liaison between customers and accounts payable department for collection of receivables when requested.
Assists with coordination and implementation of Regional and National account sales activities.
Creates presentations for key sales customers and prospects. 
Successfully manages requests for quotation of services, including review of inventory, assignment of process codes and application of established pricing parameters.
Travels to customer and prospect business locations to present service capabilities and support development of new business opportunities as needed.
Works within the CRM system to secure business through generated leads and requests for quotations. Including but not limited to:SF Opportunity creation / management / follow throughPDR's

Monitors and communicate sales performance against goals through approved performance metrics
Sell in a highly consultative manner, with ability to articulate the company value-proposition and the benefits of working with Clean Earth brand over other traditional waste services companies and direct competition.
