$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successful completion of first 90 days)
 Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time
Location: Springfield, MA 
Rate of Pay: Starting at $28.00 per hour 
Hours: 35 Hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm
 Summary: 
The Health Services Specialist 3 is responsible for the administration and documentation of all prescribed medication for members. Responsible for assessing and attending to member’s health concerns and issues, as well as developing and implementing therapeutic programs. The LPN ensures programmatic and contractual obligations are met.  
  Qualifications: 
Associate’s degree with LPN certification and 1-2 years related experience. 
One year of supervisory or human service experience is desired. 
Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.  
  Requirements: 
Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email, and internet essential. 
Valid driver’s license, with at least 3 years of driving experience, and a good driving record
Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, and community organizations.
