Responsibilities
Maintain exceptional food and beverage operations.
Oversee operations with a strong focus on attention to detail, service standards, and supervision during shifts.
Assist in managing employee placement, overall operations, staff development, and attendance policies.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment is maintained.
Lead by example.
Support in managing overall costs and scheduling.
Process maintenance work tickets and follow up to ensure timely completion of requested tasks.
Continuously improve the communication process with the team.
Lead all employees to deliver the best service, work efficiently, and maintain high quality.
Make fair decisions with employees based on good judgment and common sense.
Requirements
Must possess a strong sense of professionalism and sociability, and be capable of bringing enthusiasm to the club while also leading, training, developing, and motivating others to create a successful team!
Reliability is a must, along with a positive and proactive attitude, and a strong desire to achieve success.
Detailed and well-organized with a keen eye for accuracy.
Efficient at managing time and providing timely responses.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Displays professionalism when interacting with employees, entertainers, vendors, and customers.
