Assembler

Assembles small or medium sized parts; fits and/or assembles, adjusts and repairs sub assemblies and major assemblies. May involve mechanical and operations. Requires use of a wide range of hand and power tools and gages, standard measuring devices, drills, fixtures and light materials. Responsible for inspection of own work and the work of others. Job complexity ranges from simple, repetitive tasks to fairly repetitive but difficult tasks as employee’s experience increases.
Requirements
Ability to position and manipulate parts and assemblies with the hands
Ability to learn safe and proper usage of hand and power tools
Ability to follow directions precisely
1-2 years experience
