Our Impact
The Impact team has fundraised $1.7M+ for social causes and organizations like the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, Ukrainian Refugees, and COVID-19 relief. With many of our content pieces, we aim to provide our readers with action items, directing hundreds of thousands of petition signatures to important causes such as Abortion Access, climate justice, and many more.

Job Description
We’re searching for a driven, entrepreneurial sales leader who is passionate about social justice, media, value-driven businesses, and content-driven partnerships. 
You will:
Drive revenue by selling advertising and branded content including video, social, and digital. You will primarily sell our Instagram pages, but as we grow cross-platform there will be more opportunities!
Work directly with the CEO and editorial team to create a strong and actionable sales strategy and business plan 
Create and utilize marketing and sales collateral, visual presentations, research reports and sales support data to help effectively deliver Impact’s message to clients.
Introduce our brands, reach, and product suite to clients and agencies through digital and in person meetings, speaking opportunities, and written materials
Compensation: 85K - 135K base + commission *Job offers will be extended based on the provided salary range, taking into account the individual's experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following in their background…
2-5 years of experience in sales, media sales, or advertising
Experience working in digital sales and managing sales teams
Experience at a leading publisher, social media platform or digital player
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding your sales goals
A knowledge of social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Snap and the latest social ad products
The ideal candidate will have the following work style:
