Legal Counsel

Job Description
You will help support EcoVadis Americas and global enterprise legal matters, such as  
Review, advise, and negotiate enterprise B2B SaaS agreements, addenda, amendments, NDAs, SOWs, business partnership agreements, settlement agreements
Collaborate with cross-functional business units such as compliance, information security, and finance to determine acceptable risk
Contribute to improving and creating playbooks, clause library, template standard form agreements, and contract management system implementation
Create and present training materials as needed across the team
Research and advise on diverse legal issues and regulatory compliance matters
