As a Program Manager, you will manage the planning and delivery and reporting of a USDA grant funded nutrition education program. You will implement strategies to reach and impact key populations and provide oversight of key partner engagement in communities.
What you’ll do in your role:
Assist in development of nutrition education and related activities for multiple programs.
Set and meet program goals by developing implementation strategies and delivering services.
Provide leadership to a team of Senior/Nutrition Educators; set and maintain team standards and provide coaching.
Develop and cultivate local, regional and/or statewide partnerships.
Assist in the creation and refinement of systems and processes ensuring that data is tracked and managed successfully.
Plan and facilitate trainings on nutrition education, partnership engagement, and/or other topic areas.
Represent the program and CFBNJ and participate in key local and/or regional coalitions and community events.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of leadership, supervision, and program management experience
Strong communication skills for external outreach and conducting community workshops with youth and adults.
Proactive and self-motivated, capable of establishing and managing needed work flows with minimal guidance.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Technical aptitude Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Bi-lingual language skills (English and Spanish/Creole/Bengali) is a plus.
Must possess personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Must be able to carry bulk materials as necessary, up to about 40 pounds.
