Process orders through EDI and monitor until delivery.
Manage and monitor KPI's, departmental metrics and ensure all checks and balances are in place.
Route and schedule the orders for delivery.
Direct contact for internal and external RMA process.
Receive, enter, process, and ship mass merchant orders through EDI.
Work with production and planning teams to monitor order progress.
Requirements
A high school diploma or GED certificate.
Prior experience with fulfillment operations preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including order management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail oriented.
