Do you have an electrical qualification with a Mechanical background?
This could be the job for you!
This is a great opportunity for a Controls Technician to join our client’s global manufacturing team based in Medway.
Duties include:
Enhancing PLC and HMI interfaces so they work at the optimal level.
Consistently increase own knowledge and understanding of process automation.
Diagnose tolerance issues and process faults.
Assist in the development of process solutions.
Support and cover other colleagues where required.
Any other duties required.
The successful candidate will have / be:
An Electrical qualification (C&G, HND, or HNC)
Previously worked with Siemens S7 or S5 and have a strong understanding.
A solid background in Mechanical positions or highly educated in Mechanics.
Diagnostics and fault-finding skills.
Automation, including robotics.
