Apartment Maintenance Technician

Apartner is hiring for multiple Apartment Maintenance Technician Openings!
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Apartner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our apartment community remains in top condition. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing various systems, and responding promptly to resident maintenance requests. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and welcoming environment for all residents, ensuring that their needs are met and their homes are well-maintained.
Starting rate of $19 to $21 per hour depending on experience!
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year of Proven experience in maintenance, particularly in residential or commercial properties.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general maintenance techniques.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and climbing ladders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
