We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Proposal Writer/Project Manager to join our dynamic Power Systems team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects by crafting compelling technical proposals and effectively managing project execution.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and project specifications.
Translate technical information into clear, concise, and compelling proposal content.
Customize proposals to address the unique needs and challenges of each client.
Ensure proposals align with company standards, objectives, and branding guidelines.
 Project Management:
Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities.
Monitor project progress and performance against established timelines and milestones.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to relevant stakeholders.
 Technical Expertise:
Maintain a thorough understanding of power system equipment and industry trends.
Leverage technical knowledge to support proposal development and project execution.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the proposal development and project management process.
Actively contribute to the enhancement of departmental practices and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Proven experience in technical proposal writing and project management, preferably in the power systems or electrical engineering industry.
Strong understanding of power system equipment and related technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
