Certified medical assistant

Responsibilities include:
Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance forms
Assisting healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures
Preparing and administering medications as directed
Taking and recording vital signs and medical histories
Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of medical equipment and exam rooms

Requirements
Certification as a Medical Assistant
Previous experience working as a Medical Assistant
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems
Basic computer skills
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
Current BLS certification
Excellent attention to detail
