REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years of age or older
Possess a valid US driver’s license
Must have one year or more driving experience
Meet background and motor vehicle records standards
Must have a reliable vehicle that meets safety & inspection standards
Proof of vehicle insurance and registration required
