Job Description
The Salesforce Alliance Manager fosters robust, trusted partnerships between Publicis Sapient and Salesforce to drive pipeline growth for Salesforce services. This position excels in communication across all stakeholder levels, displaying creativity and collaboration to amplify our market footprint in delivering Salesforce solutions. Reporting to the Global Head of Alliances, they translate the GTM strategy into action, spearheading execution in the North American market. 
Responsibilities: 
Spearhead the promotion of new solution offerings and initiatives to bolster pipeline growth and meet practice objectives. 
Actively advocate for the Publicis Sapient brand within various Salesforce teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our competitive advantages and client success stories. 
Organize regional events to drive pipeline growth, bolstering our credibility and brand recognition in the marketplace. 
Foster, enrich, and sustain collaborative relationships with Salesforce North America PAM and industry PSM teams. 
Develop a deep understanding of the Salesforce organization, its roles, and its key individuals. 
Comprehend Salesforce's values concerning partnerships and the expectations it holds for its partners. 
Foster and maintain close working relationships within practice business development teams. 
Monitor and track key partner metrics, including pipeline generated from Salesforce, ACV forecast, and actuals. 
Pursue relevant certifications to enhance credibility and proficiency within the Salesforce ecosystem.
