You’ll build interdepartmental client and vendor relationships while overseeing projects – and you’ll play a central role in training junior-level media department staff for advancement.

Day to day, your role will include:
Working with your Media team, Account Management, Creative and Measurement to drive seamless integration of work and ensure that all action items are accomplished on schedule
Keeping heads in the game: You’ll motivate and develop your staff while managing relevant parties’ expectations on realistic implementation deliverables
Building strong relationships with clients and vendors, serving as a bridge between media planning/buying functions and complementary technology, production, and measurement functions
Developing timelines for projects, and adding input to budget development to ensure resources needs are met
Confirming quality of all campaign elements and maintaining weekly QA and documentation
Identifying recurrent issues and alerting Operations Specialist/Manager to specific issues and possible solutions
Becoming proficient in Microsoft Excel and DoubleClick DART (third-party ad server)
Keeping a pulse on the industry – you’ll attend and participate in conferences and presentations from vendors
Willingness to travel as needed – you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideas
