Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Licensed Architect for an Architecture Higher Education Studio Lead for our growing Architecture team in our Tampa, FL office. We are seeking energetic and qualified candidates to help us grow our team and provide project management for our projects and teams.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Engage with key industry associations, conferences, and other industry organizations.
Provide technical leadership on projects, process, and industry standards.
Develop and maintain client relationships at high level.
Define business strategy and means to grow a sustainable Higher Education Studio
Lead design strategy and innovation for projects – providing thought leadership in the Higher Education sector.
Partner internally to lead studio pursuits and engagement, with clients, key industry relations, conferences, or similar.
Engage and represent the firm’s expertise and capabilities.
Develop a market point-of view and advanced design solutions.
Work across offices and provide leadership/partnership for ongoing projects and pursuits.
Motivated and strong desire to grow the Studio, leveraging our firm’s strengths.
Inspire and motivate – be a true champion for Higher Education studio, projects, and thought leadership. – internally and externally.
