CNC Machinist/Programmer - Lathe (2nd Shift)

Job Description
SUMMARY: The CNC Machinist has a wide range of responsibilities, including and not limited to cost effective machine set-up procedures and proper tool selection, shares programming responsibilities and directly reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor. This is a climate-controlled shop.
Essential Functions
Program/edit, set-up and run Mazak or similar, machines to specified tolerances
Mazatrol Programming
Read and interpret blueprints
Assists in designing, developing, cataloging, and maintaining tooling and fixtures used in the manufacturing process.
Develop and maintain part programs as necessary.
*This is a 2nd Shift (3:30 pm- 12:00 am) primarily operating Mazak CNC lathes
