Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to be based in Chicago, IL.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead development and execution of significant rail/transit including light rail, heavy rail subway, commuter rail, high speed rail, and/or bus rapid transit surface, aerial or underground project pursuits and delivery.
Establish relationships with CTA, and other local agencies such as CDOT, IDOT and Metra.
Be a visible leader and trusted advisor to clients by promoting AECOM’s values both internally and externally.
Demonstrated expertise in the area of managing and preparing transportation project teams.
Proven track record with large client account management, major-project pursuits, and engineering/planning staff development.
A desire to work with external contractors/consultants, AECOM’s other divisions/regions and interact directly with major clients.
