Hire Resolve's client is seeking a talented individual for the position of Transaction Advisory Services Manager in our client's reputable firm. As a Manager in our Transaction Advisory Services team, you will work closely with clients to provide strategic financial advice and support throughout the transaction process.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage due diligence engagements for clients, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and transaction structuring
Prepare and review financial models, projections, and valuation analyses
Identify key issues and risks related to a transaction and develop recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax and legal advisors, to address various aspects of the transaction
Prepare and present findings and recommendations to clients and senior management
Oversee and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in transaction advisory services
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
CPA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in transaction advisory services, due diligence, or related fields
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
